The Fair Trade movement advocates the payment of a higher price to farmers as well as higher social and environmental standards.

Tasting Notes: Sweet, balanced and very clean.
This coffee is medium bodied, with a variety of flavors including floral, caramel, malt and chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Long finish, earthy flavor and low acidity.
This coffee is noted for its richness, full body, long finish, and an acidity that, though pronounced, is deep- toned and gentle.

Process: Wet hulled and dried in the sun
Variety: Bourbon, Catimor, and Typica

Tasting Notes: Light-bodied, flavorful and aromatic.
Café Altura Fair Trade Peruvian is in the medium range, with just a hint of oil on the surface. This coffee has a mild sweet aftertaste.

I have been drinking Cafe Altura brands of canned organic coffee both regular and decaf. I have tried many other brands and will not purchase anything else. I have also told many friends and family members about it since finding a good – water processed decaf coffee is so difficult. Everyone loves your coffee!
