- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage under the subscription that you would like to update the CC info for.
- Select View/Update Card.
- Select Click Here to Update Card.
- Enter the new information.
- Click Update.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select Update Address.
- Enter your new billing and shipping information.
- Click Update.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select Update Shipping Method.
- Choose from the available shipping methods in the drop down menu.
- Click Update
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Click on the Upcoming Orders link and the Name of the subscription. The next 7 orders will populate below.

- Select Upcoming Orders.
- Select Skip Order beside the order you would like to skip.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.

- Select Change Upcoming Order Date.
- Choose the date you would like your next order to ship.
- Select Okay.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select the Transactions link.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select the Product Quantity link.
- Enter your desired quantity in the Quantity field.
- Click Update.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select View Details under the subscription that you would like to swap a coffee for.
- Select Swap Products.
- Select the Manage link next to the item you wish to update.
- Locate the product you wish to change the grind option for.
- Select the pack size and grind option you desire.
- Select Swap product.
- Choose a new shipping rate.
- Select Yes, swap product.
- From the top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Select View Details under the subscription that you would like to swap a coffee for.
- Select Swap Products.
- Select the Manage link next to the item you wish remove from your subscription.
- Locate the product you wish to begin receiving.
- Select the pack size and grind option you desire.
- Select Swap product.
- Choose a new shipping rate.
- Select Yes, swap product.
- From top navigation, select the Log In.
- Log in to your account with the active subscription.
- Navigate to a product that you would like to add to an existing subscription.
- Choose the Subscribe & Save option.
- Select Add to Existing Subscription.
- Select the existing subscription you would like to apply the product onto (if more than one active subscription exists).
- Select a new shipping rate.
- Select Add.
