Mocha Banana Frappe
- 1/2 cup Café Altura Organic Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 2 tablespoons organic unsweetened cocoa powder (or instant cocoa mix if you prefer a sweeter drink)
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk (or non-dairy substitute)
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You many need to add more milk or ice depending on the consistency you prefer.
