Summer Series: Orange Iced Coffee

We are sharing some of our favorite iced coffee recipes from Katie Shepherd using our new Organic Instant Coffee, and orange iced coffee sounds about as good as it gets. Orange Iced Coffee

Serves 8


  • 1/2 cup Café Altura Organic Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed organic brown sugar (or alternative sweetener)
  • 6 orange zest strips (each 2×1/2 inch)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 cups boiling water


Mix all ingredients except boiling water in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir until coffee granules are completely dissolved and mixture is well blended. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve over ice cubes in eight tall glasses
