This is a delicious classic vanilla iced coffee which can be also made non-dairy. You can make these all summer long and don’t need to spend 4 bucks at a café every time you have a craving!

Vanilla Iced Coffee
- 1 teaspoons Café Altura Organic Freeze Dried Instant Coffee
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic vanilla
- organic sugar to taste (or sweetener like stevia)
- 2 teaspoons cold water
- 1 1/4 cups milk or non-dairy substitute
- chocolate sprinkles (optional)
- crushed ice
In a blender combine the instant coffee, vanilla, sugar, water and milk. Process until smooth and the pour into a tall glass with crushed ice. Garnish with sprinkles.
Note: you can always add the ice to the blender if you prefer more of a frappe type drink.
